• Order details — when you place an order, the books and formats (digital or physical) you select, your name, email, phone number, and — for physical books — your delivery address.
• Payment information — payments are handled by our payment processor. We do notsee or store your full card or mobile-money details (see “Payment Processing” below).
• Technical & usage data — basic, aggregated information about how the site is used (such as pages viewed), collected through privacy-friendly analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to enquiries, prayer requests, and speaking invitations;
• Process your orders, take payment, and deliver your books;
• Send digital books and order confirmations by email;
• Arrange shipping and delivery of physical books;
• Send newsletters and ministry updates, where you have asked to receive them;
• Keep records of orders and improve the way we serve you;
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack, our third-party payment provider, which supports cards and mobile money. When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to Paystack — we receive only confirmation of the payment and limited transaction details, never your full card number or mobile-money PIN. Paystack handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a small amount of browser storage to make the site work — for example, to remember the items in your shopping cart and your light/dark theme preference. These are stored on your own device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally.

How Your Information Is Stored

Order and contact information is stored in a secured database, and the website is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary to serve you or meet our obligations, including with:

• our payment processor, to take payment;
• delivery/courier partners, to ship physical books;
• our email provider, to send confirmations and newsletters;

Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Where applicable, we handle personal data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
