Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Use of Content

All content on this site — including text, books, images, logos, sermons, and podcasts — is the property of the Pastor Michael Anti ministry or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, sell, or republish it without prior written permission.

Our Books

Books may be offered as digital (e-book) and/or physical (printed) copies. We describe each book as accurately as we can, but covers and details may vary slightly. Availability and prices may change at any time, and physical stock is limited to the quantities we hold.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). You may check out as a guest; no account is required.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced in error), in which case any payment is refunded.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack and may be made by card or mobile money. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
• Any discount or coupon code is subject to its own conditions (such as expiry, minimum spend, or usage limits) and may be withdrawn at any time.

Digital Books

Digital books are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. They are delivered by download link and/or email after payment is confirmed. You may not share, resell, or redistribute digital files. Because digital books are delivered electronically, they are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, except where the file is faulty or was not delivered.

Physical Books & Delivery

For physical books, you provide a delivery address at checkout, and a delivery/shipping fee may be added to your order. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; delivery times depend on your location and the courier and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If a physical book arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. Refunds, where due, are made to your original payment method. Digital books are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed (see above) unless they are faulty.

This site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Podbean, social media, and our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

The content on this site is provided for general information and spiritual encouragement. While we strive for accuracy, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site; nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
